Olive Branch Studios Shipping Policy

At Olive Branch Studios (“OBS”), every order is thoughtfully handcrafted with love, care, and personal attention!  Because many of our products are personalized or made-to-order just for you, and our in-stock warehouse is limited, we kindly ask for a little grace during production and shipping times.

Please note that due to current events, there have been frequent fluctuations in the availability of our supplies; some orders may experience a delay of a few additional business days. We’re always working diligently to keep things moving and will keep you informed every step of the way. Your patience means the world to us as we create something truly special just for you!

Within and below the image, you’ll find the details of our shipping practices, timelines, and responsibilities so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

1. Ordering & Payment Security

Orders with Olive Branch Studios (“OBS”) must be placed through our official website, in-store, or through authorized partner promotional platforms. OBS also operates under the name Olive Branch Promos for promotional product sales. Regardless of the platform used, all orders are processed and fulfilled by Olive Branch Studios.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders placed through unauthorized channels.

OBS does not store credit card or financial information on file. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and encryption is used to protect your information at checkout.

2. Order Processing   

Processing times are communicated throughout our website, under Important Notices on each product page, in the Frequently Asked Questions section, and in this Shipping Policy.

Standard processing times are 2–5 business days for in-stock, non-personalized items. Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page - generally 2-10 days

Bulk or Wholesale Orders processing times may vary; please contact us for details. .

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays when carrier services are closed). Day One of processing begins on the next business day after your order is placed.

If there is ever an issue with your order, Olive Branch Studios will contact you using the information you provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is correct, as some payment providers (such as PayPal) may override your preferred email address. We generally prefer to contact by phone for the fastest resolution.

Pre-sale orders (such as Sukkot Packs) will be marked clearly at checkout. These orders will show as On Hold or Unfulfilled until the scheduled shipping week. Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.

3. Rush Processing   

In certain cases, a Rush Processing Upgrade may be available for an additional fee. This guarantees your order will be produced and shipped within 1 business day.

Rush Processing does not affect the transit time of the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)   

Free Economy Shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States (before tax and after discounts) using code OLIVEBRANCH. OBS reserves the right to exclude some items from this offer, and this information will be noted in the description for any item that has been excluded.

Our carrier of choice, in most cases, is UPS. Should your order qualify for free shipping, it may be sent via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the product type. If you desire an upgraded shipping method, please contact us at Support@OliveBranchStudios.com BEFORE placing your order.

Orders under $100 or shipping outside the contiguous 48 will be charged shipping based on the method selected at checkout.

Available methods may include:

  • Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)
  • Standard/Ground Shipping (2–5 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses may carry higher rates and longer transit times.

5. International Shipping   

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International Orders Ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.

OBS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

6. Shipping Carriers   

Transit time is based on the shipping service chosen at checkout. OBS offers live shipping rates from the carriers themselves, which are weight calculated and include a minimal handling fee. The applicable rates are determined based on shipment and shipper characteristics, including shipment weight, size, and origin-to-destination distance, and are subject to change.

Olive Branch Studios primarily uses UPS and USPS for U.S. orders and DHL for international deliveries when available. The shipping carrier used will depend on the method you select at checkout (Economy, Standard, or Expedited).

 7. Packaging   

Whenever possible, OBS uses recyclable and sustainable packaging.

Orders may arrive in branded or unbranded packaging, depending on product type and shipping method.

 8. Tracking Your Order    

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier has scanned your package.  

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.  

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand periods may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

9. Shipping Protection & Lost/Damaged Packages     

Olive Branch Studios offers Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional service covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If protection is purchased, Route will process claims directly and provide replacement or reimbursement once approved.  

If you choose not to purchase Route Shipping Protection, Olive Branch Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. In these cases, customers must file claims directly with the carrier.  

If you need assistance, OBS will support you in filing claims, but cannot guarantee reimbursement without carrier approval.

Your shipment must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery notification for any wrong or missing items and we must be notified immediately via Support@OliveBranchStudios.com during time. If we do not receive prompt notice of wrong or missing items within 48 hours of receipt, you agree to accept responsibility for the condition and contents of the package(s).  

10. Holiday & Seasonal Delays     

Please allow extra time during holiday seasons, feast seasons, or periods of high demand.  

OBS cannot guarantee carrier delivery timelines once an order leaves our studio.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, destination, and total order weight.

  • Enjoy free basic economy shipping on all U.S. orders over $100+ (contiguous 48 states only) using code OLIVEBRANCH at checkout.
  • Faster shipping methods are available at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We sadly do not ship worldwide. When we do begin to offer International shipping, times will vary by destination and customs processes. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges will not be included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received this email within the processing time frame, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@olivebranchstudios.com
