At Olive Branch Studios (“OBS”), each order is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized or made-to-order and we have limited in-stock inventory, we kindly ask for your patience during periods of high production and shipping volume.
From time to time, supply availability may fluctuate, resulting in slight delays of a few additional business days. We are committed to keeping your order moving and will communicate any updates along the way. We truly appreciate your patience as we create something special just for you.
Below, you’ll find details on our shipping practices, timelines, and responsibilities so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.
1. Ordering & Payment Security
Orders with Olive Branch Studios (“OBS”) must be placed through our official website, in-store, or through authorized partner promotional platforms. OBS may also operate under the name Olive Branch Promos for promotional product sales. Regardless of the platform used, all orders are processed and fulfilled by Olive Branch Studios.
We are not responsible for orders placed through unauthorized channels.
OBS does not store credit card or financial information. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers, with encryption used to protect your information at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Communication
Processing times are communicated throughout our website, including within Important Notices on product pages, our Frequently Asked Questions section, and this Shipping Policy.
Standard processing times are 2–5 business days for in-stock, non-personalized items. Custom and personalized items typically require additional time, generally 2–10 business days, and will be noted on the product page.
Processing times for bulk or wholesale orders may vary. Please contact us directly for details.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays when carrier services are closed). Day one of processing begins on the next business day following your order date.
If there is an issue with your order, Olive Branch Studios will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details are accurate, as some payment providers (such as PayPal) may override your preferred email address. For the fastest resolution, we recommend including a valid phone number at checkout.
Pre-sale orders will be clearly marked at checkout. These orders may show as On Hold or Unfulfilled until the scheduled shipping timeframe. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
3. Rush Processing
In certain cases, a Rush Processing Upgrade may be available for an additional fee. This upgrade ensures your order is produced and shipped from our facility within 1 business day.
Please note that Rush Processing applies to production time only and does not affect the transit time of the shipping method selected at checkout.
4. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Economy Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States (before tax and after discounts). Olive Branch Studios reserves the right to exclude certain items from this offer; any exclusions will be clearly noted in the product description.
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. Orders that qualify for free shipping may be sent via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the product type and destination. If you would like to request an upgraded shipping method, please contact us at Support@OliveBranchStudios.com before placing your order.
Orders under $100, or shipments outside the contiguous 48 states, will be charged based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Available shipping methods may include:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Standard/Ground Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses may incur higher rates and extended transit times.

5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery.
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely, international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing in the destination country.
Because of the nature of international shipping, all international sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with approved returns.
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is in their care during transit. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer at that time. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to begin the claims process. Please retain all original packaging and documentation, as these are often required for filing a claim.

6. Shipping Carriers
Transit time is based on the shipping service selected at checkout. OBS provides live shipping rates from carriers, which are weight-based and may include a minimal handling fee. Rates are calculated based on shipment details such as weight, size, and origin-to-destination distance, and are subject to change.
Olive Branch Studios primarily uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx for U.S. orders, and DHL for international deliveries when available. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout (Economy, Standard, or Expedited).
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using Economy Shipping, with the carrier selected at our discretion based on the product type and destination.
7. Packaging
Whenever possible, Olive Branch Studios (“OBS”) uses recyclable and sustainable packaging materials.
Orders may arrive in either branded or unbranded packaging, depending on the product type, fulfillment method, and shipping requirements. Packaging materials and presentation may vary based on availability and product needs.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has scanned your package.
If your order includes multiple items, it may ship in separate packages to help expedite delivery. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Olive Branch Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.
If your tracking shows a delay, stalled movement, or delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier to initiate an investigation.

9. Shipping Protection & Lost/Damaged Packages
Olive Branch Studios offers Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional service protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If protection is purchased, Route will handle claims directly and provide replacement or reimbursement once approved.
If Route Package Protection is not selected, Olive Branch Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. In these cases, customers will need to file claims directly with the carrier.
If you need assistance, we’re here to help guide you through the claims process; however, reimbursement or replacement is subject to carrier approval.

USPS timelines (subject to change):
- Service Request: may be submitted 5 days from the “Sent Date”
- Missing Mail Search: may be submitted 15 days after the last tracking update with no movement
Orders must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. If there are any issues such as incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please contact us at Support@OliveBranchStudios.com within that timeframe.
If we do not receive notification within 48 hours, the order will be considered accepted as delivered, and responsibility for the condition and contents of the package transfers to the customer.
10. Holiday & Seasonal Delays
Please allow additional time for order processing and delivery during holiday seasons, feast seasons, and periods of high demand.
While we work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, increased order volume and carrier capacity limitations during these times may result in extended processing and transit times.
Olive Branch Studios cannot guarantee delivery timelines once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, especially during peak seasons.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and recommend placing orders early when possible to ensure timely delivery.
