RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Olive Branch Studios, every order is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, our return and refund policy is structured to reflect the custom nature of our work.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and print-on-demand items are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items unless:
  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • There is a verified production error on our part. This includes (but is not limited to): Custom apparel, Engraved or laser-cut items, Printed materials, Promotional or Bulk custom orders

2. Non-Custom (Standard) Items

For non-personalized, non-custom items:

  • Returns may be requested within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be: Unused, In original condition, and In original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please include: Your order number, Clear photos of the item, and Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a refund if replacement is not possible

4. Production Variations (Not Considered Defects)

Due to the nature of custom production, the following are normal and not eligible for refunds:

  • Slight color variations (screen vs. print/material)
  • Minor placement differences
  • Natural variations in wood, fabric, or materials
  • Dye lot differences
  • Small variations in sizing or alignment

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

6. Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • We are not responsible for: Delays in transit or Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If an issue occurs, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
