Subscriptions
Some products may be offered as subscription-based services with recurring deliveries.
By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize recurring charges based on the selected frequency
- Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically
You may:
- Modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
Once a subscription order has been processed or entered production, it:
- cannot be canceled
- cannot be modified

Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products as pre-orders.
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are:
- not yet in stock
- in production
- or scheduled for a future release
Payment terms:
- Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout
Cancellation policy:
- Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours, the order may enter production or procurement and cannot be canceled
Once fulfilled:
- Standard Refund Policy applies
