  • Coasters are wrapped in paper to absorb excess oil; plastic may be used depending on other items in your order
  • If packaged in plastic, remove and allow to dry on a paper towel or non-porous surface
  • Avoid placing on fabric, unfinished wood, or delicate surfaces until fully dry
  • Let sit out a few days before use or gently wipe with a cloth
  • Recondition with a food-safe oil or beeswax-based wood balm as needed
  • Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight to preserve finish

Olive Branch Studios either owns the rights to or carries a commercial license for all fonts, graphics, and images used in our designs and products. Every element is either hand-created, commercially licensed, or used with full permission per copyright and usage laws.

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

  • Standard in-stock retail items (non-customized): 1–2 business days
  • In-stock items requiring customization or personalization: 2–5 business days
  • Non-inventoried retail items: typically require an additional 2–10 business days (this will be noted in the product description)
  • Bulk or wholesale orders: processing times vary; please contact us for estimated timelines

Orders are processed Monday–Friday on business days only, excluding U.S. holidays when carrier services are closed.

Processing day one begins on the next business day after the order is placed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Free Economy Shipping

Free economy shipping is available on orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States (before tax and after discounts).

Some products may be excluded from this promotion and will be noted in the product description.

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent using economy shipping services selected by Olive Branch Studios.

Customers who prefer a faster delivery timeframe may select an upgraded shipping option during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and the service selected at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Olive Branch Studios is not responsible for the package once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and the carrier’s responsibility ends once the shipment is marked delivered.

We want nothing more than for our customers to receive the wonderful products they have purchased or chosen as gifts. If you need assistance contacting the carrier regarding a shipment, please reach out and we will gladly do our best to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Items & Returns

Because many products are customized, personalized, or made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If an issue arises, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or damage unrelated to shipping may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable, including orders placed by mistake or purchased accidentally. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are considered final.
